  This is the second time in the last year I have ordered something and Optics Planet doesn't ship it for days!!! The last time I spent over a week emailing, calling so I finally canceled it! I thought I would give them one more chance but after having tracing info for a week they still have not mailed it! DONE AND DONE!!!!!

  Everything is Very slow. Very slow web that always freezes. There are lots of incorrect product photos. A company without inventory control. Everyone, unkind, irresponsible. Their job is to make customers angry. The excuse is top notch. The worst company in the history of this century.
