  Several times during the Holiday Season we ordered items on line from this - only to be advised several days later that the ordered items could not be fulfilled. Why would they continually list items as available on-line, when they were not actually available? When we tried to inquire about this, the wait to speak to a representative on the phone was easily 30-40 minutes. It make no difference -except one time when a representative named Carmen seached nationwide, found the item we were told was unavailable and sent it out to us. When we requested this be done with our other orders, the request was refused. The chain simply does not equal other competitors with respect to shipping costs either - very disappointing.
